- Airport Overview
- Due to the rapid growth of the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area and increased passenger volumes at the airport as a result, the airport is looking to add more direct flights to cities on the east coast. There is currently a plan in place for future expansion of the airport as it continues to grow in passenger volume. Big components of the master plan include extending the main runway, adding a third runway, and expanding Concourse C with more gates.
- Baggage
- There are five Baggage Claim areas located on the lower level of the Main Terminal. Baggage Carts and Skycap service are available at the entrances and exits near the Spokane airport Baggage Claim areas. Skycap service is also available throughout the airport to persons needing special assistance. For lost and found information contact the Group and Visitor Information Center located in the Main Terminal near the Rotunda at (509) 455-6455.
- Business Facilities
- The airport is wired for WiFi access and does offer a conference room, available for a $25 rental fee and do not offer public fax machines. There are two business centers in the airport that offer computer hook-ups but not dial-up internet access. They are located on the C concourse - one before baggage screening and the other just past security on the second floor.
