We’re cyclists. After dealing with one too many bad tuneup experiences, we decided things had to change. So we’re changing them.
When you need a tuneup, you have to find the time to make it to your local shop. Often, their hours are while you’re at work. You have to give up valuable leisure time to take your bike in – time that could be spent riding.
Once you’ve made it to the shop, and dropped off your bike, you’re given a time and a cost estimate. You’re left without your bike for days at a time; we’ve waited as long as two weeks.
When you go to pick up your bike, you’ll often pay more than you were quoted. Many of those repairs were likely necessary, but you weren’t consulted. You had little visibility into the work that was done.
We’ve changed all of that. Instead of making you go to the shop, we come to you when it’s convenient. We perform the work onsite, so you can get back on your bicycle that same day. We explain our pricing, and document all repairs. That way, you know what’s being done and why.
