I have had my Swim Spa for 6 months now and my family and I love it! My sales person Sarah let me swim in their display model...fit me like a glove! PERFECT! The delivery crew was awesome, they gave me ideas how to position it. Sarah followed up with me to make sure I was happy. What a great company...best around town!! I reffer so many people here and plus they make it right there. Thats another selling point..made in the USA!! Great company, great product.!!

We've had our hot tub for two weeks now and we are in love. We did plenty of research on the Internet and Home Shows and these guys are kings, hands down! Set up was fast and smooth. All in all, this the best of both worlds: great service AND the best price! It's a win-win!

New hot tub to be delivered after 2:00pm. Promised a phone call to let us know they were coming. Called 5 times to see where they were. Never got call back. Was told their set up guy was not answering his cell phone. Gave up after waiting over 5 hours with no return phone calls. Showed up close to 8pm - no phone call to let us know he was on the way. Talked to Sales Manager while at a Home Show and called 2 different employees at their store. Was promised by all three a call back. Never came. If this is their service when buying, can't imagine what we would get if we needed service.
