SoulSpace Yoga Community, located on 7th St just north of Camp Bowie Blvd in Fort Worth, is a vibrant and welcoming yoga community offering classes for all levels from beginner to advanced, both heated and non-heated. Our class offerings include SoulStarter (a class for true beginners), SoulFlow (all-levels flow), SoulPower (challenging and sweaty), SoulSweat (hot set sequence), SoulRestore (restorative and yin yoga), RockYourSoul (energetic and fun), and SoulSlow (slow-moving and meditative). You can register for classes on our website and check out our unique events and workshops. The SoulSpace teaching team is diverse, experienced, and passionate. Each teacher is exquisitely trained to help you explore your edges with kindness, teach modifications for each pose and to accommodate injuries and specific needs. Our SoulSpace Yoga Community teachers also offer private and semi-private yoga sessions, whereby students are able to benefit from a more customized and personalized experience. Other types of private sessions available include: meditation, pre/postnatal yoga, reiki energy work, working with or healing from an injury, mobility for seniors, emotional healing through yoga, creating a home yoga practice, yoga for scoliosis & back health, holistic nutrition & life coaching.
