Unless given 30 day notice (30 days prior to arrival date) of room cancellation, deposit hold must be forfeited plus a $28 processing fee. (A ONE-MONTH advance notice is required for workshops OR any other event requiring a Full House Rental - otherwise the 50% deposit PLUS a $28 processing fee will be charged.
