Elder Care Attorney, Rob Slutsky has been practicing law since 1992. Early on he learned that he enjoyed counselling families and assisting them with navigating the eldercare maze. Rob was one of the first attorneys in Pennsylvania to truly focus his practice in Elder law. While he volunteered his time for a number of not-for-profit elder care organizations, he met and befriended Joanne Kline shortly after entering the practice of law. At the time Joanne was a supervisor for the Montgomery County Office of Aging and Adult Services (MCAAS). MCAAS the not-for-profit agency part of the Montgomery County government that is tasked with providing services to those over the age of 60 and is one of the largest of its kind in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Rob was often contacted by the case managers with elder law questions and in turn learned a lot about the resources provided by the county. He also learned about the importance of having a softer, more empathetic approach when dealing with families confronting an eldercare crisis. These early experiences inspired Rob and shaped the way he practices law today. For more information, visit our website or give us a call today.
