- Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation leaves little chance of filling the reserved space. For this reason, the Inn maintains a strict cancellation policy. Each guest is responsibile for the full length of his/her reservation. Reservations cancelled at least fourteen days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded in full less 10% handling fee. If cancellations are made less than fourteen days prior to arrival, no refund is possible, regardless of the reason for non-arrival or eary departure, unless the room (s) can be re-rented. However, guests are welcome to send someone else in their place.
