My Background...
Originally from Hawaii, I graduated from the University of Oregon with a Business Degree. Looking for some sun and a piece of paradise on the Mainland, I settled in Santa Clarita with a career in sales. I have been selling homes in Santa Clarita Valley since 1998. Early in my career, I joined a team as a buyer’s agent where I became an expert in all aspects of our local real estate market. My hard work and dedication to my clients contributed in making my home sales team the No. 1 Re/Max team in California and No.8 Re/Max team in the United States.

I have been residing in Santa Clarita Valley since 1991 with my family. Personally experiencing the great lifestyle, education system and opportunities Santa Clarita has to offer, has made it easy for me to be passionate about selling homes here. Specializing in Santa Clarita Valley, has allowed me to focus on knowing every community, neighborhood, tract and floor plan. You can be assured that no one knows more than I do about the homes in our valley. In fact, I receive calls all the time from other real estate professionals who come to me for my knowledge about homes both new and existing in Santa Clarita. I take time everyday to study the market and the daily changes in prices, new inventory, and changes in our valley. Each week I meet with the other top real estate agents in my community to network our homes and buyers.
I Play and Sail or Sell in Ventura...
My other passion is sailing. After years of sailing out of both Ventura Harbor and Channel Island Harbor, it was just a natural extension of my business to start helping people that I knew in those areas to buy and sell homes. I love getting to work where my favorite place to play is!
