- Unlike most inns, we do not charge a deposit at the time you make a reservation; we simply require a credit card number to secure the room. If you cancel 3 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be held responsible for the entire reservation and issued a gift certificate for the number of days booked unless we are able to rebook the room. This policy may vary for groups, holidays, and at certain times of the year. Early departures are considered the same as cancellations and are subject to the same terms. Group/Whole House cancellations received more than 14 days prior to scheduled reservation will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Group/Whole house cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the sceduled reservation will result in forfeit of deposit.
