- Seven Quails bookings are usually received several weeks in advance. Last minute cancellations limit our ability to remarket the room. Therefore cancellations must be received not later than 14 days before your arrival date. For some special event weekends a 21 day cancellation is in effect. You will be charged the full amount of your stay if cancellations are received later than the cut-off dates. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service fee.

- We require a 50% deposit for the total cost of your stay sans tax. A personal check will do.

- Required (Two night minimum Thursdays thru Sunday. Surcharge for single night stay.)
