Family owned and operated since its foundation in 1986. Our company is referred as Moonstone Hotel Properties, and Sea Otter is part of that. It is the original Moonstone Hotel Property. We celebrated our 25th anniversary last year. I think the history says we opened in 1985. We were built in 1985 and opened in May 1986.
