The Chapter 13 Trustee experience afforded Scott the opportunity the learn Chapter 13 Bankruptcy from the Trustee’s perspective, to learn how to make the Chapter 13 process as smooth, seamless and stress free as possible. Before joining the Trustee’s Office, Scott worked for one of the largest bankruptcy firms in Utah where he learned the ropes of assisting people with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Scott enjoys meeting people and helping them improve their life. So, after 8 years, he left the Trustee’s office and returned to what he enjoys...meeting people and helping them improve the quality of their life.
