- If a reservation is cancelled at least 10 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, a refund of the reservation deposit less a 10% handling charge will be given, or fully exchanged for a gift certificate to be used on a future date. When a cancellation is received with 9 days or less in advance of the scheduled arrival date, the party will be charged for the entire cost of the reserved night(s) unless we are able to re-book the room for all nights reserved. If the room is rebooked, a refund will be given less a 10% handling charge. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in charges for all nights of your reserved stay. Cancellation requests are always confirmed by the innkeeper via e-mail or phone.
