Cancellation notice given 14 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date will get refund of deposit, minus $25 per room transaction fee. Cancellation with less than 14 days' notice will forfeit total deposit. Unfortunately, we have no control over weather conditions; we are unable to give refunds when travel plans are impacted, or when guests elect to shorten stays by arriving later than or departing sooner than original reservation.
