- Disabled Services
- The airport is fully accessible to disabled travelers. For wheelchair assistance, contact the airline or dial 00 on a white courtesy phone. Skycap porters can provide wheelchair assistance free of charge. There are several TDD phones located throughout the airport. Designated car parking spaces are available for disabled travelers (916) 874 0681. All airport shuttle buses are lift-equipped. Lift-equipped transportation to/from the airport is available. Avis, Budget, Hertz and National offer vehicles for travelers with disabilities (vehicles must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance).
- Airport Overview
- The airport completed the International Arrivals Building, next to Terminal B and the Terminal A Parking Garage opened in 2004. The six-story structure enabled passengers to enjoy covered parking, a short walk to the terminal, interesting art ("Flying Gardens" by Dennis Oppenheim and "Flying Carpet" by Seyed Alavi), and the debut of the Gold Card parking program. The airport provides a variety of eateries, there is also a food court situated between Terminal B1 and B2. Various shops can be found at the airport as well as children’s play areas.
- Public Transportation
- Bus: Yolobus (530) 666 2877; www.yolobus.com provides a public bus service on the intercity bus route 42 to central Sacramento, Davis and Woodland. Shuttle: SuperShuttle¬Ý800 258 3826; www.supershuttle.com¬Ýprovides an on-call service to Sacramento and other counties. Vans can be reserved for travel to outlying areas (see the airport's website for details).
