Mr. Steve Rubin has over 35 years of experience in all phases of real estate acquisition and sales, development, leasing and management. He was a partner in prestigious law firms in Washington DC. In September of 2014, Mr. Rubin founded The Rubin Cos. LLC to develop for his own interests and to offer advisory services to other developers, investors, lenders and pension funds. The company was named The Rubin Cos. LLC in tribute to his father and the original Rubin Companies.
