- If you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded in full only if we receive the cancellation more than fourteen days (14) prior to your arrival. If your cancellation is fourteen days or less, we require that you forfeit your deposit unless we are able to re-book the room(s) for the entire cancellation period. A $25 service fee will be assessed for any cancellation or changed reservation. Delayed arrivals or early departures are non-refundable.
