We offer a real estate pre-licensing course, which fulfills the 90 hours required to become certified in the state of Florida.The program offers them the necessary curriculum to become licensed and/or own and operate their own business. This license requires three years of practical, full-time experience as a salesperson or Broker during the immediate five years preceding application.
