Riverside Parc Apartments

Would not advise anyone to rent these apartments!!!!!!!!!! The staff is rude, the apartments inside the mold, which can just paint over. I have three weeks of bad air and no one seems to care! Interestingly, while payment they will take for an apartment with air conditioning or not???

This is the worse place I've ever lived at. I had to go onto the news twice because this place is so terrible. A drunk driver drove into our building and the apt complex wouldn't even help us. The power company couldn't do there job because the building wasn't up to code. We were left without power for 2 weeks. The place wasn't even clean when we moved in. There was grease and food all over the walls. The carpets were stain. We cleaned the place better when we left compared to when we moved in but they charged us over $1,000 dollars. Your car would get broken into. Never parking spots. Kids vandalizing the area. My dog was on a lease and we were attacked 3 times because people let there dogs out. Management was no help. They don't care and don't even stick to the rules they print on paper. If you want to get screwed over this is the place for you! Ps... Don't get me started on the apt building catching on fire. This place screwed so many people over on this.
