Company description
A customer (little old lady) comes up to the counter and wants to purchase a sweater for her husband (who is not with her at time of purchase. Customer: This sweater has a little frayed spot on it. So I take a look at it and it’s a tiny little spot.. but nonetheless it is damaged so I say.. Me: Ok well we can give it to you for 15% off. Customer: Ok I’ll buy it. But I don’t know if this will fit my husband.
