When I started RDS, I decided to create something of my own that would fill the void I discovered during my 25 years in the industry. What created this abyss? It was a lack of companies that genuinely cared about their customers. I began Restored Digital Solutions (RDS) in the wake of chaos left by the 2008 financial crisis. Yet despite my “late start,” RDS boasts a nationally recognized rapid growth that earned us the 2018 Inc.5000 Award. This can partly be attributed to our characteristic close client contact that is embedded in the DNA of RDS. In the vast sea of business handlings, client concerns tend to get tossed in the waves of bureaucracy. I, however, desire to run a different kind of business. People should always be one phone call away from a manager or even the owner.
