At Renegade Fitcamp, our workout is strategically designed to stimulate muscle response and growth, tax the cardiovascular system, and generate a calorie burning furnace. With our multi-component setup, Renegade ensures each energy system of the body will be pushed to its limits by using cardiovascular techniques of HIIT (high-intensity interval training), LISS (low-intensity steady state), and progressive overload of muscle groups, implementing a proper activation/recovery split on a seven day period.
From conventional treadmills to air bikes, battle ropes, body weight suspension, and free weights, our workouts will burn ample calories, but most importantly give each muscle enough focus to ignite a response. Every workout is NOT a full body workout.
