We had lunch at this restaurant a couple of times while visiting relatives and friends on the island. The servers here are so amazing, and they seem to have fantastic memories. We relaxed in the oceanfront courtyard and enjoyed the view with our tasty wine and lunch. You have to try!

We went to this restaurant with my granddaughter and three other adults for a Sunday breakfast. The seating was fast, comfortable, and all the food came promptly. The staff is equally hospitable and the kind that knows the job they are doing. My favorite Thai spot in Monterey Park. It's in an unassuming plaza. Sorry Thai House and other Thai places locally. It's kind of hard to get to, but the flavors are good. I'm Thai, have been to Thailand (all the things people say to gain authority to use the argument from authority fallacy). So hopefully that will persuade your critical thinking. They didn't pay me but that would've been nice lol jokes aside, no regurts; figuratively and literally.

Parking is horrible tho. Approx 10 spots for 3 other stores here. Parking is barely enough for this restaurant alone. There are street parking available but usually full. So come early to hunt for one.

As for the food, I cannot even explain how juicy and tasty their chicken is. Even without the spice, you get all of this rich flavor in one bite. The tenders are also pretty big, so you won't have to worry about being hungry afterwards. So please, if you ever get the chance, their chicken is a MUST. The shake fries complemented the tenders so well, too. Just writing about it makes me want to go back.

I decided to arrive on a Sunday at 11:00AM and thought that MAYBEEE the wait would be a little shorter than the 3-4 hours I had waited before. Not to my surprise though, it was not. I didn't mind waiting so I stayed. Throughout the next few hours you'd gradually see people start to leave the line so I couldn't tell if it was starting to move faster or a ton of people just gave up.

If you're reading this, chances are you're already waiting in line or thinking about getting in the line to see if it's worth the hype (it is). Do yourself a favor and check their twitter account. They update with the wait time hourly (like a Disneyland ride). If you can get off work or school, the best times to go are probably Monday-Thursday around 2pm-4pm when the line is somewhere between 30-40 minutes.

Entrance/Ambiance: You're going to need to get there 3 hours early for a one hour wait if going when it opens in the morning. Otherwise it's going to be a 2 hour standing wait, at least. WORTH IT! There are a few boba places and a place in the same plaza called Tin Rin that serves very good thai tea if you want something to sip on while you wait. Once you get closer to the inside, you can start to feel the energy of the staff banging classic hip hop music. It was exciting, as if my waiting had payed off.

I've been here 3 times and waited between 1-2 hours each time. I'd say it's worth a one-time or two-time experience because each time was a little different from the other. I've gotten the chicken sandwich all 3 times which is delicious, tender, and flavorful but I think the line is a bit too long for me to go again. My friends handled the medium spice level pretty well, but I usually stick with mild.
