- RED HAT is an "urban winery". The beauty of an urban winery is that we don't grow grapes, our vineyard part- ners do. Because we are not tied to a single vineyard; we are able to bring you a large variety of the finest grapes from their best regions to make our wines. This approach allows us the opportunity to produce over forty different wines from over twenty different varietal grapes from at least twelve countries. We are always finding new varieties and regions to explore together, creating new and interesting taste experiences
