- There is a $25 handling fee if notice of cancellation is given within fourteen days of scheduled arrival date. If notice of cancellation is given within 72 hours of arrival, or within five days for holidays, the full amount of the room(s) will be charged to you. A gift certificate will be issued for the full amount of the reservation, subject to availability, and is valid for one year from the date of issue. If payment is made by cash or check, our cancellation policy requires a 14 day notice prior to 3pm CST of reserved date for cash refund.
