We have a nationwide team available across Canada to assist with all aspects of your personal journey. The staff at Proud Fertility are trained to be patient and understand the specific needs of all parties. Not all parties move at the same speed, and after your initial engagement with Proud Fertility, a clear plan of how to move forward is negotiated to make all parties comfortable.
We pride ourselves in providing a stellar support system for all parties, that is founded on trust, transparency, and mediation. We help all parties feel in control of their journey.
Some of the ways which we differentiate ourselves from other fertility consultancies is that we require all parties to:
undergo extensive criminal background checks;
we make every effort to conduct home-visits, wherever possible;
undergo thorough psycho-social counselling that often exceed requirements.
Our team of qualified professionals also offer additional support services to our clients, such as doula services, fitness and nutritional counselling.
Our team is diverse and well-connected with its different communities. Because of this, we attract many ethnic Egg Donors who want to give this gift of life.
Our Egg Donors are educated on how difficult it is for Intended Parents to connect with a donor willing to make her donation known. They are strongly encouraged to consider making their donation, known and anonymous.
Our team undergo extensive sensitivity training pertaining to GLBTIPQ, disabilities, mental-health, HIV/AIDS, and intercultural communication. Every client file is assigned a Regional Client Care Specialist, supervised by the Client Care Manager, and overseen by the team of Advisors and Managers. We not only deliver our promise of care with our extensive experience in the field of surrogacy and egg donation; but we are supported with sophisticated tailor-made project management tools. Every step of the progress is meticulously handled, with many checks and balances in place to assure a smooth journey.
