Just outside of Cleveland, Ohio, Prosperity Haven is a beautiful 3,000-sf property located on 7.5 acres surrounded by woods in the rural area of Chardon, Ohio. Clients enjoy quiet, tranquil setting as they work through issues that keep them from living a life free from addiction. Each patient’s treatment plan is based on ongoing assessments by clinical and medical staff and is based on progression or regression of a patient’s behavioral and medical state.
