Neil Whiticar graduated in 1997 from ETSU with a degree in Environmental Health. He began his career working in emergency response including spill cleanups of diesel fuel, gas, oil, and other environmental hazards. He then spent over 15 years shipping hazardous, radioactive, asbestos, non-hazardous, and biological waste for the DOE, DOD, and general industry. In 2004, he became certified in TN as a certified methamphetamine laboratory hygienist. Since 2004 he has been sampling and decontaminating hundreds of properties contaminated with methamphetamine. In 2012 he became certified to cleanup blood borne pathogens, crime scene cleanup, hoarders, and gross filth. In 2018 he is becoming certified to sample for Radon, and is establishing partners for professional mitigation. At the end of 2017 he started Property Decon Pros., LLC. to help property owners maintain safe, healthy homes and businesses with a focus on the decontamination of meth, harmful drugs, gross-filth, blood borne pathogens, and other contaminants. He also has a network of professional associates in the environmental field that can assist with a multitude of environmental problems.
