The crew is friendly and knowledgeable, they knew every boat that was out on the water and gave thoughtful and insightful commentary when you approached them. They give you the opportunity to crank the wenches, steer the carbon fiber wheel (it's really responsive!), and ask questions whenever you have them. Plus, they don't act like jungle cruise leaders at theme parks, they let the majesty and beauty of the Bay speak for itself. A truly enjoyable experience!
