PREP is one of the country’s largest providers of private commercial kitchens and shared co-working kitchen spaces. As an integrated culinary platform, PREP provides a range of innovative products, solutions and services including both Co-Working Kitchen and Private Commercial Kitchen facilities, as well as a raft of membership privileges, all served up in a culture of culinary excellence. Upon completion in Summer 2020, PREP Austin will be the largest multi-member production facility and food innovation center in Texas.
PREP has successfully helped accelerate more than 450 food businesses since beginning operations in 2014 in Atlanta.
PREP’s concept, facility and amenities have all been custom designed as a culinary haven to meet the needs of all types of food companies and artisans – specialty food producers, consumer packaged goods (CPG), bakers, caterers, mobile food service operators/food trucks, prepared meals companies, central commissaries, delivery only/ghost restaurants, pre-opening restaurant menu creation and movie set catering companies.
