Premier Pressure Clean, LLC, founded by TJ Slyter, is a small family owned and operated company specializing in exterior cleaning. Our company cleans anything big or small. From multi-level hotels to a small single family home all the way to construction equipment. We utilize a process called soft washing which is a very low pressure system that applies our detergents to the surface. Soft washing is much safer than the traditional pressure washing which applies extreme pressure to the surface. Which is great for things like concrete but not great for siding like vinyl and stucco. We strive to provide every customer with exceptional service. We always stand behind all of services we provide. For residential clients we focus on house washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck cleaning, fence cleaning, and concrete cleaning as some of our most popular and requested services. For our commercial clients our services are often requested for the exterior of large complexes, fleet and equipment cleaning, and concrete cleaning. Our pressure washing services are also sought out for regular cleanings at gas stations, restaurants, and other similar businesses who require ongoing maintenance of their properties.
