Long Island native John T. Powers has been practicing law since 1998, specializing in Drunk Driving cases and Criminal Defense. Mr. Powers has had his offices in the West Islip area from the beginning of his career and has roots in the community first working as an Associate at the Law Office of Joseph Caramango until 2003 before taking over the firm as the general partner.
He comes well recommended attending Adelphi University as an undergrad and receiving his Juris Doctor at Touro College. Mr. Powers has also been selected to speak at a number of Legal Conferences, including one on DWI this past year at “Representing the DWI Defendant in NY from Arraignment to Disposition” and also one on Jury Selection back in 2010.
