Mr. Hughes is an HOA and COA litigation and trial attorney. He has represented hundreds of clients in real estate disputes and litigation. Before opening his practice, his past experience included work for the American Civil Liberties Union, the felony division of the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, and as an assistant for the defense team of Sir Robert Stanford, who was charged with a $7 billion financial fraud scheme (the second largest in history after the Madoff affair).
Mr. Hughes has been featured in various media outlets including CNBC Channel 5 News and “Help Me Howard” on FOX Channel 7 News, which he regularly consults for.
