The Poké Bar was originally founded in Los Angeles, CA and has exploded all over the country since 2015. When some Southern California natives moved out to DC, they just had to bring Poke with them.
Poké is a raw fish salad dish served in Hawaiian cuisine. We've taken this classic dish and put a few twists and turns to it. We use the freshest fish - add in some locally grown fresh veggies and toppings and you've got a combo you won't forget.
