PNJ Sausage Factory is a family owned business making the highest quality Filipino style sausages in Hawaii since 1995. All of our sausages are made from scratch using locally sourced ingredients. The company's signature item is Longanisa, but also ofees a selection of other gourmet quality, USA approved meat products.
