Deposit is refunded if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival date. With less than 30 days notice, a refund will be given if the room is re-rented. With less than 30 days notice, you may reapply your deposit to a new booking; however, this deposit will be non-refundable. A $20 cancellation fee will be charged in all situations.
