I was first certified by the Aerobic Way I am an AFAA Advanced Personal Trainer and an Apprentice Teacher of Ron Fletcher Program of Study™. In addition, I have taught and hold/held the following certifications: *AFAA’s Personal Trainer *AFAA’s Mat Science I and II *AFAA’s Group Exercise Instructor *AFAA’s Kickboxing *Johnny G Spinning® *AAAI’s Hatha Yoga I and II Group exercises and privates for low-impact, high impact aerobics, pilates’ mat and apparatus, spinning, kickboxing and yoga. We offer Pilates Mat, Towel and Apparatus. Private and Group Classes.
