We are privately owned and have been treating drug and alcohol addiction since 2000. Our staff of professionals includes Addiction Counselors, Board Certified Addictionologist, Medical Assistants, RN, and Clinical Program Assistants. Phoenix Recovery Center is licensed by The State of Maryland.
