Perennial Park is a non-profit organization that is Growing to Serve. We offer home making, personal care, meals on wheels, adult day care, transportation and a fitness center open to all ages.

- Homemaking
- Home aides may assist with/or may provide the following: laundry, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing bed linens, washing dishes, cleaning bathroom, taking out trash, and simple meal preparation.
- Card Clubs
- Pedro is played every Monday from 1 - 3p.m. Euchure is played every Wednesday from 1 - 3p.m. Pinochle is played every Thursday from 1 - 3p.m. There is no cost to participate in the card clubs.
- Personal Care
- Personal Care aides may assist with: bathing, hair care, skin care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, medication compliance, transfers, changing bed linens, laudry, and simple meal preparations.
- Meals On Wheels
- Perennial Park delivers hot lunch meals to residents living within Hillsdale County. Frozen meals are delivered. Please contact the Nutrition Director at the Center for more information.
- Respite
- This program was developed for members of the older population requiring constant supervision. Respite would allow caregivers to go shopping or for other types of appointments.
- Tel-a-tend
- The Senior Center, along with Reading Emergency Unit, offers a free 24-hour program that calls to make sure you are okay and in some cases, to remind you to take medications.
- Lunch At Perennial Park
- Perennial Park prepares lunch dai0ly.Feel free to stop in eat lunch. There is a $3.00 suggested donation for those 60 and older and a $4.00 charge for those 60 and younger.
- Adult Day Care
- The "Legacy Club" is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9a.m. to 4p.m. This service is aimed to maintain and improve one's mental and physical well-being.
- Public Transportation
- Volunteer Transportation is a service for area residents needing transportation to and from medical appointments. Please contact the Center for further information.
- Woodcarver's Club
- Meets every Wednesday from 1:30 - 3:30p.m., there is no charge. Bring a piece of wood, your carving tools and begin to whittle away on your own piece of art.
- Perennial Park Fitness Center
- We offer punch cards, 6 month memberships, and annual memberships. Please contact the Fitness Department for further information
- Alzheimer's Support Group
- Meets the first Monday of every month. Contact the Center for further information.
- Perennial Park Harmonica Club
- Meets every Tuesday from 1 - 3p.m. There is no cost, just bring your harmonica.
