Péché de Chocolat was established in Raleigh NC 2002 by Ed Salem, the creator of the Péché label. He put into practice his master knowledge of chocolate making gained over the years from working with various chocolate companies around the globe. He understood the perfection of mixtures and recipes as well as the art of chocolate making. Mr. Salem and his wife founded the Péché Chocolate factories in their travels to find the best producers of our chocolates in France, Lebanon, Italy and Belgium.
