What Are Mint PDO Threads? MINT® PDO threads feature barbs that are bi-directional and helically positioned. PDO threads are made of polydioxanone. When they are administered, they anchor to soft tissues and are lifted into place. These PDO threads are FDA-cleared, and they provide support to skin in all directions.
