PaveScapes Inc. was created by co-founders Steve Dalat (SanPac) and Eddie Guerrero (Millennium Construction). Eddie is the founder of Millennium Construction, one of Orange County’s premier Design and Landscaping companies, established in 2002. PaveScapes fills the void for homeowners who are looking to revamp their existing driveways, concrete, pool decks, patios, etc. without the tremendous expense. The difference between PaveScapes and traditionally installed thin pavers is the proprietary dry mix designed by PaverLoc that prevents thinner pavers from cracking or breaking under great amounts of pressure. PaveScapes eliminates the demolition and dumping cost altogether, which not only helps our customer save money, but it also helps our environment.
