The Overlook at Notre Dame opened a new, third building in August.
Building 3 offers two-bedroom units in addition to re-designed Overlook studio floorplans and traditional one-bedroom apartments. The first two buildings opened to residents for the 2014-15 academic year.
The Overlook at Notre Dame overlooks the University practice fields on Twyckenham Drive. The Overlook at Notre Dame is the first and only community developed specifically for the MBA, Graduate and professional student, as well as researchers, staff and university faculty.
The Overlook at Notre Dame, in South Bend, Indiana, now offers two-bedroom, one-bedroom and studio floorplans designed with the privacy and personal space preferred by today’s professional. The furnished units feature all-inclusive rents with just one monthly charge for everything.
Add the popular on-site Café at the Overlook, work-out room and meeting/collaboration rooms and you have everything you need just east of the University of Notre Dame.
