Our Lady of Peace School in Lynbrook is a community of Faith, Knowledge and Service - building the Kingdom of God. The school serves children from the Parish, the community and from the surrounding communities from Pre-K and Nursery through the 8th grade and prepares them for the rigors of Catholic High School. An AdvancED accredited school, Our Lady of Peace has been recognized by both the United States Department of Education, and by New York State as a School of Excellence. OLP follows the NYS and diocesan guidelines in all subject areas. We have an award winning marching unit: band, color guard and twirlers. The upper grade students have the opportunity to play on several School Spirit Teams: Basketball, Baseball, Softball & Volleyball. Our Drama Club, Junior Chorus, Select Choir and Band perform several times during the year.
