- A full refund, less $35 processing fee, if given a full two weeks notice before reserved arrival. Less than two weeks notice, we will refund the deposit, less the processing fee if the entire reservation can be re-booked. You may re-schedule your new arrival date up to 21 days after your original arrival date. Your deposit may be applied to the new date if new reservation dates chosen are available. Early departures are subject to all cancellation policies and full payment is required. Cancellations must be made by phone. E-mail cancellations will not be accepted.
