At the gym during our group fitness classes, we use our heart-rate monitored, high-intensity workouts that are scientifically designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that spikes metabolism and boosts your energy. We call this the after-burn. Orange theory's unique and personalized group workout model gives clients the benefit of a skilled personal trainer with the invigorating energy and accountability of a group dynamic. While leading the group workout, our trainers are also able to give individualized attention by guiding you through the workouts, discussing your goals, and modifying gym exercises as needed to enable you to reach your potential.
