total rip off. we have phone records and e-mail records to prove our story just ask for them.we went to ocr on july 4 paid for our trip up front. we got there to no power,no hot tub, no kitchen, no water, no wifi, etc... ocr never called us to tell us the power was off. we drove from mi to this a smelly cabin, hot tub was so bad we could not even hang out in the cabin we were to stay 4 days and raft with class 6 rafting. ocr never paid for our rafting. you can contact class 6 and ask them. we left after 2 days of ocr telling us the power was going to be back on any minute.which was false. they will not refund our money. they never paid class 6 rafting.they kept over 1300.00 from us and class 6. then when we got back they charged our credit card without our auth. we have records to prove it. we never signed anything!!!! then geoff said on a review site he should have given us a boot. what kind of bussiness threatens a customer?? on the internet???look on other review sites and you will see comments like ocr charged us for a railing we did not break. and the farm house has bad plumbing.which geoff tried to rebuttle that months after it was posted!! then on there web page they have a customer saying they turned the oven on only to find bannas in the oven. where is the maid?? that could have been a bad deal. other comments say hard to get ahold of. do not give them any credit card info. ther was other people ther from mi same time with the same outcome.what i find strange is they wont post our comments on there web page. so you only see good comments on there page, how representive is that i wonder??????we will take them to court. please look all around the internet at all the reviews and you will see for yourself. thanks mike w
