- The newest Opal Divines American Food Restaurant location in North Austin opened its doors in December of 2006. Opals marina is located in the same shopping center at the corner of Parmer Lane and Mopac with stores such as Fry's Electronics, Big Lots, Half Price Books and Records and many others. We are also next door to txtag if you are picking up your toll tags.
