Refunds on cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival will only be made if the cottage is rented. If the reservation date cannot be filled, 50% of the total days reserved will be forfeited, plus $35.00 processing fee. "NO SHOWS" will result in forfeiture of the entire amount due.
