- 14 days prior to reserved dates we will refund the deposit paid less a $25 processing fee. If less than 14 days notice is given, the deposit paid will be issued in the form of a rain check credit for limited dates, less the $25 processing fee (no deposits will be returned). Rain checks are valid for use: November through March: Monday through Thursday only and exclude holiday periods. Subject to reservation availability. Due to our small size: if less than 48 hours notice is given of a cancellation the balance of the room charges will be due and charged in full. In this case a rain check (as described above) will be issued for the amount paid less a 20% processing fee (based on the full amount of the stay), only if we are able to rebook the room.
